We will prepare a design, ensure compliance with legal requirements and standards, and obviously install the zone, but that’s not all.
We will develop a set of necessary equipment and delivery schedule. We periodically deliver the equipment for dispensers. You won’t be run out of masks or overalls, but that’s not all.
We can supervise, regulate, service and clean the facility to given classes, prepare procedures and train employees, but that’s not all …
… because you can get it all divided into monthly payments and when the project is finished, you can return the zone to us.
Many configurations and modularity
Cleanproject together with Sphairlab will prepare the area for a specific process. Another project will be prepared for the BSL laboratory, another for working with electronics. We have a lot of types of construction materials to create a solution suitable for the Client’s process and expectations.
Using our HVAC system, we will ensure appropriate environmental parameters.
Modularity is an important feature of Sphairlab constructions and Cleanproject designs. We are able to modify the facility, change the number of locks, expand or reduce zones, etc.

What is very important, we have prepared the whole process to reduce formal and legal requirements. Also the project and user documentation significantly simplify activation of the zone, as well as its qualification and validation.
After the end of the process, the zone can be stored for the next activation or transported to another place and reactivated.
